After her abortive attempt to rejuvenate her directing career with the unfortunately unloved The Beaver in 2011, Jodie Foster returns in the chair to direct George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Dominic West and white hot property Jack O'Connell in this politically charged thriller.

Clooney plays a financial TV expert who offers up advice on his TV show - Money Monster - who ends up being kidnapped by O'Connell, a viewer who lost everything on one of Clooney's bad tips. It all sounds terribly current, and it's a strong premise backed by an even stronger cast, so be prepared for quality.
