The Movie: Revenge Of The Nerds Worn By: Booger Booger's second T-Shirt on this list may not have inspired a band, but it's another cracking quote.

The Movie: Stripes Worn By: Elmo Blum Stripes still feels quite subversive today and it was only moreso upon release in 1981. War movies were as popular as ever, with Elmo's jumper (OK, we twisted the rules a bit) makes a biting comment at that.
