Thanks to Netflix, UK fans of US comedy are well looked after. Last week, they rolled out season 10 of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and if you've got the appetite for another slice of comedy pie from America, you can chow down on the final season of Parks and Recreation. It could have been so different for Chris Pratt, who was originally cast to play Andy Dwyer as a temporary character. Fast forward a few years, and his reasonably face and sharp comedy timing saw him take career-defining roles on the big screen, in Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World. Amy Poehler, Aziz Ansari and Nick Offerman haven't done badly from it either, and if you've been following the residents of Pawnee from day one, you're bound to crack a smile at two returning characters. It'll be sorely missed on the comedy calendar, so make sure you savour every moment of the final season of Parks and Recreation, when it arrives on January 13th.
