As March marks the 75th anniversary of the first appearance of America's patriotic super soldier, there's never been a better time to settle in for a night with Steve Rogers and the gang. It's been a rocky road for Ole Cap, who spent more than a decade off the shelf in the 50s and early 60s as anti-war sentiment grew in the US. Since then, his longevity is down to a resurgence in all things retro as much as it is fan power - Captain America regularly polls top three in everybody's list of their favourite Avengers.
