1. Orson Scott Card - Ender's Game
Voice acting cameos seem to be totally in this year, given that three of them have made it onto this list alone. This addition though, unlike the other two we've featured, might well be impossible to spot even for the most eagle-eyed of movie-goers, given that there's no real context to help you out. Ender's Game, then, this year's adaptation of the classic sci-fi novel of the same name, starred Asa Butterfield, Harrison Ford and Ben Kingsley, right? But did you know that the movie also featured a tiny cameo from author Orson Scott Card, who wrote the book on which the blockbuster was based? Nope, neither did we until we read up on it afterwards. Still, Scott's here very, very briefly, and presumably took a voice-based cameo because nobody would have recognised him even if he'd walked right up into the camera and said: "Hey guys, it's me - the author of this book. Hope you like the movie>" So where is he, then? Well, Card contributed his voice "talents" for the role of an unspecified pilot.
