6. Mr Freeze (Batman & Robin)
Lame villain, cool costume (absolutely no Arnie-style pun was intended there). Mr. Freeze, being an expert in cyrogenics and inventions, built himself a suit which not only gave him the ability to survive in sub-zero temperatures (which, after a lab accident, was the only way he could survive), but also gave him great strength and increased durability. His armour also had wings built in which enabled him to fly - which was seen when Freeze abandoned a doomed pod heading into the sky. But, perhaps most importantly, it did actually look very awesome (as much as it pains me to admit it), despite the fact that Arnold Schwarzenegger's casting was a massive mistake - a notion justified by his awful portrayal of the character.
