1. Elijah Wood
Yes. Elijah Wood. Frodo Baggins. He's not as famous as the other people on this list, but hear me out. After becoming a household name in the
Lord of the Rings trilogy, Wood hasn't been in many high profile projects, with his appearance as Kevin in 2005's
Sin City the most well-known non-Frodo performance of his career. Needless to say, he needs a career revival.
Inglourious Basterds and
Django Unchained both featured two modern examples of memorable movie villains. Watch the first
six minutes of the film Maniac, in which Wood plays a serial killer who hunts attractive women, and tell me it wouldn't be an absolute blast to see Wood lose himself in a role like that for Quentin Tarantino. Maybe Wood is a murderer going after Jennifer Lawrence's damsel in distress (and love interest of Johnny Depp's mob boss) and Matt Damon and George Clooney are Depp's most trusted men who have to save her? How entertaining would that be? That's getting way ahead of myself, but Wood would actually be perfect in a future Tarantino flick. His TV show
Wilfred shows that he can do the absurd and if Quentin wanted him for a villain, he's got the creepy factor. This one has potentially amazing results.
