3. George Clooney From Dusk Til Dawn
Alright fine, Clooney was known at this point for his role on ER. And he was in other horror movies before this too like Return to Horror High. But you know that this movie is too awesome to not ignore so were gonna put it in here anyway. Heroes in horror movies are a dime a dozen. They are often the innocent good guy or virginal gal who mean no harm by anyone but somehow achieve the upper hand by the end because they were so good-natured to begin with except for Glen, hes definitely dead-. From Dusk Til Dawn takes that notion and shoots it in the face and then sets it on fire. The film centers on two antagonistic brothers, played by Clooney and Quentin Tarantino, who are not the least bit interested in the well beings of anyone except themselves. They are criminals, and by the end of the movie, they are still criminals (lets assume that being a vampire wasnt going to change Tarantinos criminal activity). And yet, you want to see Clooney dominate the Titty Twisters batch of the undead because you know he can handle it. Hes suave, hes logical, hes a badass; hes a horrible man, but goddammit hes the man just for the job.
