7 Things New To Netflix This Week (Mar 28)

2. Killing Oswald

Whet your appetite for Fox's adaptation of the Stephen King novel 112263 with the smart-looking Killing Oswald.

Uses archive interviews and footage, the documentary makers set out to explore how and why both JFK and Lee Harvey Oswald were shot dead in November 1963... But it goes deeper than that.

When Oliver Stone's JFK hit cinemas it unleashed one hell of a paper trail, with a reported six million classified documents from the FBI and CIA released for public consumption. Some of those get shoved firmly under the microscope, as does archive interview footage of Oswald and his supposed government handlers.

The world loves a conspiracy theory and admit it, you do too. More than fifty years on from the shooting, the fascination with two polarising historical figures now forever interlinked shows no signs of slowing down.

Get closer than to the truth with Killing Oswald, streaming from April 1st.
