7. Vulture
On December the 8th 2009, it was reported that John Malkovich was in negotiations to play Vulture in Spider-Man 4. Indeed, Malkovich personally confirmed the casting in January 2010. However, production of the movie was subsequently cancelled so that the Spider-Man franchise could be rebooted with The Amazing Spider-Man and we never got our live action Vulture. As a result, it would be great to finally get some kind of indication that Vulture (ideally the Adrian Toomes version - the original and best) was going to appear in a future movie. Vulture is a thief who robs and burgles in New York City and Spider-Man swinging through the streets in pursuit of him would be a really cool sight. He poses a great physical threat to Spider-Man via his heightened physical attributes and flight capabilities which derive from an electromagnetic tailored body-harness. As a former electronics engineer, he could be hinted at by working at OsCorp in a passing scene - perhaps as part of the group that ends up granting Electro his powers.
