7 Ways Movie Theaters Can Be More Exciting

1. Put In A Small Restaurant

restaurant

When I go to movies with friends/family, it€™s a chance to share an experience together and we really make a night of it. Each time, however, the planning of the evening can be wonky since we€™re all usually a bit hungry. Popcorn doesn€™t do the trick so we head to a decent restaurant before arriving. Once more, why make us go somewhere else before or after the movie?

This should be a dedicated area with lots of tables, waiters, kitchen, the whole thing. They could even partner up with other well-known restaurants who could split the responsibility. Do a movie trivia night every Tuesday where patrons can win free tickets! Maybe even have movie-related food items a la Planet Hollywood. There are so many possibilities with this idea that it seems foolish more theaters don€™t opt for this.

If theaters could put any or all of these suggestions in place, I imagine ticket sales would greatly increase. Who knows, maybe it would fix our economic crisis and, since I€™m such a nice guy, I wouldn€™t even ask for payment in return. Just give me a ticket instead.
