7 Ways To Defeat Diana Walter In Lights Out

1. Going Out With A Bang

Diana Lights Out

As an avid player of video games I can tell you that every boss has a weakness, and when it comes to Diana this is obviously the light. So why spend all your time, money, and effort concocting a plan to defeat her when there has always been a light emitting weapon ripe for the buying? And no, I'm not talking about the light sabers you can buy from Toys R Us. The force is unfortunately not with those.

I am, of course, talking about a stun grenade, which those of you on the Call of Duty or Counter Strike scene will more likely know as a flashbang. It is described as a less-lethal explosive device which produces a blinding flash of light and sharp sound that disorientates enemies in its immediate vicinity. And as it turns out, these grenades can indeed be bought for next to no trouble, a search that will probably cause me to be put on some or other list, but at least we know.

Pros:

The grenade might work to protect you against Diana, but if it doesn't you'll be so disoriented that it won't even matter. She can't jump scare you if you can't see or hear.

Cons:

The chance of this method working is pretty slim, and even if it does you might cause some serious damage to your senses. Your neighbors might also be a bit annoyed with you.

And there you have it. At least with these methods you'll have a fighting chance against Diana if she does decide to strike.
