The most successful movie franchise of all time deserves to boast the best actor in the world - step forward Mr. Daniel Day-Lewis. The Lincoln star can turn his hand to anything but, unfortunately for Marvel Studios, he's extremely selective about the roles he takes. That being said, if the role is interesting enough and the studio is prepared to pay enough, why wouldn't he consider becoming a part of it? There are countless roles he could play in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but Kraven the Hunter stands out in particular - especially if a movie version of the Kraven's Last Hunt storyline was ever produced - as you can definitely imagine him relentlessly pursuing Spider-Man. From Bill the Butcher to Kraven the Hunter - that's not much of a stretch, given the brutality and ruthlessness of the two characters! Well, nothing is a stretch for Daniel Day-Lewis, as we've already mentioned, as he's arguably the most versatile actor on the planet. In such a leading villainous role, he could easily add to his five Academy Award nominations and three Academy Award wins.
