1. Kevin Bacon Forgets How Time Zones Work, Posts Major Spoiler On Twitter
If there's any lesson to be gleaned from everything mentioned so far, it's that spoilers happen. No matter how much of an emphasis we place on keeping the whole wide world spoiler free, people are going to slip up. And when that happens, there's a multitude of ways it can be dealt with. Kevin Bacon knows the best way. Bacon made the "mistake" of retweeting a compliment he received on Twitter from a TV producer. Unfortunately that compliment contained the big plot twist to his wildly popular show, The Following, which had just aired its season finale stateside. But overseas fans had yet to see this final episode, as did a solid chunk of the US audience who were waiting to watch the finale later in the week. After being informed of this, Kevin Bacon posted a simple apology to social media: "My bad." And that's why, even though he spoiled the biggest plot twist of any project he's ever involved with, Kevin Bacon can do no wrong.
