4. Renée Zellweger (Judy)

Renée Zellweger has undergone some "interesting" physical transformations in recent years, with what can only be plastic surgery substantially altering her appearance to the point that she's been totally unrecognisable when appearing at industry events.

The actress will intentionally attempt to get away from her usual self, though, when she plays ill-fated actress Judy Garland in the upcoming biopic Judy.

From the single photo released so far, Zellweger has at least disappeared convincingly into the part, with a wig and coloured contact lenses doing a spectacular job of making her resemble Garland.

The jury's still out on the film itself, which is due to release sometime this year, but at least the actress' resemblance is spot-on.
