7. Paul T. Taylor - Hellraiser: Judgement
Hellraiser fans don't have anything personal against Paul T. Taylor. He just doesn't have any business playing Pinhead while there's still life left in the great Doug Bradley.
Recasting these horror movie icons rarely goes down well because the actor who's been bringing them to life across the ages becomes synonymous with the character.
Michael Myers and Jason Voorhees you can get away with because it could be almost anyone beneath those masks, but it didn't work when they did it with Freddy Krueger and it's never going to work with Pinhead.
Dimension Films pulled the same stunt with 2011's Hellraiser: Revelations by casting Stephan Smith Collins as the Cenobite, and that failed miserably. Even if Collins's had remotely resembled the hell priest, the fans were never going to accept anyone other than Bradley.
Taylor might look the part when in full makeup, but nobody wants to see a Hellraiser movie with somebody else in the lead role, especially one that was seemingly made just so Dimension can hold onto the rights to the franchise.
