6. Spider-Man (Spider-Man Trilogy)
When the initial announcement of the first Sam Raimi Spider-Man movie was made, it was hard to imagine the traditional Spider-Man costume looking cool in a live action movie, but it really, really did. Of course, his first attempt at a costume in the movie - when he entered the wrestling competition as 'The Human Spider' - looked categorically ridiculous, but then he spent some time designing one in school and set about making a top quality one for himself. He bought a lycra dance-skin at a dance studio. It was red and midnight blue. With liquid thread he drew cool looking web-patterns all over it, a black spider on the chest and a big red spider on the back. He tried it on and it looked good. He pulled it over his head. It disguised his features just enough. He cut eye-shapes out of black material and glued them on. Voila, one awesome looking spider-suit.
