8 Beloved Child Actors Who Completely Disappeared From Our Screens

7. Corey Feldman

One of the most famous and sought-after teen heartthrobs of the 1980s, Corey Feldman rose to fame in classics like The Lost Boys, Stand By Me and The Goonies, and became one half of a Hollywood power couple with Corey Haim. The two would go on to star in countless films together before the latter's drug abuse became a serious issue and they parted ways for a time. After the heyday of the Two Coreys in the '80s and '90s, Feldman made various guest appearances in music videos and TV shows while also attempting to keep his film career alive, but he mostly landed parts in low-budget slasher films or spoofy comedies, and steadily moved further out of the spotlight. Fans were delighted by the fact he would be returning for second and third Lost Boys films, but disappointed by the end result.
The former child star has released several albums with his band, Truth Movement, and written a memoir entitled Coreyography, and his life has recently turned from acting to hosting semi-lavish, slightly creepy parties at his large Hollywood home in which he tries to recreate his former hedonistic lifestyle by paying guests to attend and young women to hang out in skimpy clothing. It sounds bad, but he's definitely the Corey who's better off right now.
