8 Bizarre Peanuts Characters You Probably Won't See In The Peanuts Movie
3. 555 95472
It wont be surprising if 555 95472 - or 5 for short - appears in the background during scenes in The Peanuts Movie along with his sisters 333 and 444 (3 and 4 for short). After all, the trio is best known for their unique dance moves in the backgrounds of the classic animated special A Charlie Brown Christmas. 5, 4, and 3 get their unusual names from their father, who apparently went a little nutty by the multiple identification numbers people are assigned in the modern world like telephone numbers, credit card numbers, and social security numbers, so he just named his children numbers and adopted their postal code as the family surname. Soon 5's younger identical twin sisters 3 and 4 were introduced, further confusing the Peanuts gang with their unique names. After that joke was played out, 5 (and to a lesser extent 3 and 4) occasionally appeared as background characters in the strip and cartoons but never did anything particularly notable. So while they might serve as background "extras" in The Peanuts Movie, they probably wont be talking about their family's problems with numbers.
