This one is probably the most controversial entry in this, as there is potential for Gorilla Grodd to come across as quite farcical in a live action movie, but as the Flash's most prominent and popular enemy there is definitely a chance that he could be a massive big screen success if he was portrayed well enough. King Kong and Planet of the Apes have proven that primate characters can become iconic and stand the test of time, so why on Earth couldn't the same thing happen with a character in a comic book movie? Grodd is a very interesting character who started out life as an ordinary ape, but exposure to radiation from space gave him vast psionic powers and made him hyper-intelligent. With an origin story like that and the culmination of the story resulting in such a unique character, there's no reason whatsoever why he couldn't become iconic in the movie world.
