3. You Go Glen Coco! (Mean Girls)
Mean Girls - the movie that made appearance, boys and popularity into joke about stereotypes. The film follows a group of three girls know at high school as The Plastics, because they are supposedly the image of perfection. Cady Heron turns up from a home schooling life in Africa and ruins everything for them, turning the idea of being different, into the reality of being just like everyone else. Alright, so there's sabotage in order to get the message across that you CAN wear pink on other days than Wednesday, the jocks aren't always the coolest guys and that a hot body isn't essential. But the film definitely says it's OK to be different by the end - it even makes Maths look good and that being Prom Queen isn't all it's cracked up to be. So, 'Raise your hand if you have ever been personally victimized by Regina George?' Because it looks like many 'different' girls have been at some point in their lives.
