5. Martian Manhunter

It's something of a surprise that Martian Manhunter hasn't been confirmed for inclusion in the DCEU already, but the fact is he hasn't. He has been heavily associated with the Justice League in the comic books for years - both in the old post-crisis continuity and the current New 52 continuity - and was indeed a founding member, so you can probably expect him to appear on film at some point. He is J'onn J'onzz and, as him name would suggest, he is from Mars. Having been pulled to Earth by an experimental teleportation ray, he initially fought crime on his own before teaming up with the heroes of Earth to face more powerful foes. His power-set essentially gives him every ability Superman possesses and more. His strength, speed and durability are in the same ballpark as the Man of Steel and he can fly like him, but he can also shapeshift, use telepathy and telekinesis, turn intangible and invisible, and heal from wounds quickly thanks to a regenerative healing factor. He would be an awesome addition to the DCEU and he should definitely be brought to the franchise sooner rather than later.
