Arrested for: Driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, possession of cocaine Lindsay Lohan isn't notorious for one given arrest, she's notorious for all of them. On May 26, 2007, Lindsay drunkenly wrecked her car and was caught with having cocaine, which netted her a single day in jail. She ended up just serving 84 minutes due to "overcrowding". A few years later, after failing to show up for her alcohol education classes, a judge sentences her to 90 days in jail, of which she only served 14 (again, due to "overcrowding").
She also made frequent stays at various rehab facilities along the way due to her inability to kick her drug habit. She failed a drug test in September of 2010 thanks to cocaine and amphetamines. She was also accused of felony grand theft after apparently walking out of a jewelry store with $2,500 worth of bling around her neck. She failed to perform her designated 480 hours of community service, which led to her getting handcuffs slapped on her again. Eventually, she would complete the rest of her community service along with her felony probation. Hopefully, she is able to keep it together from here on out.
