1. Comedy Anthologies

What are these things? Why do they exist all of a sudden? Why are movie people using up their valuable time to make comedy anthologies? I've never heard anybody express their interest in actually seeing a comedy anthology movie, nor has a particularly good one existed since, like, the 1970s. Did you see
Movie 43, by the way? Chances are that you didn't, given that you can read, and surely you read the reviews before you dared venture outside? And then there was
InAPPropriate Comedy, which Adrien Brody was apparently forced to act in at gunpoint whilst his family were tied up in a warehouse or something. When
APP came out, it was called "a worse movie than
Movie 43", which - a couple of weeks earlier - had been called the "worst movie ever made." You can do the math on that. It also happened to be directed by the guy from the "Slap Chop" commercials. What the ? Point is, the 21st century's take on these things is horrible, and with two of them suddenly having popped up at the same time for unexplained reasons, we most definitely don't want anymore of them to go into production. Let's hope the embarrassment factor alone keeps Hollywood away from ill-judged comedy anthologies forever. Please.
