5. That Dance Scene Took 11 Takes - Saltburn

As Emerald Fennell's routinely shocking and bold Saltburn feature reaches its conclusion, Barry Keoghan's Oliver Quick decides to go for a dance around the titular manor. Stark naked, naturally.

With this outrageous finale being a one-shot, and a perfect visual inverse of a tour of the home Jacob Elordi's Fenix gives Oliver earlier in the film, the spontaneous-feeling dance needed to be choreographed so the camera didn't lose the clothes-less central figure.

And while you may have initially expected this to be a case of Barry boogying through a few rehearsals before trying to get the vulnerable moment in the can in a couple of takes on the day, the star actually ended up dancing through the halls to 'Murder on the Dance Floor' for a whopping 11 takes.

Fennell even noted to EW how the actor technically nailed the seventh of those extended naked dance routines. But the "absolutely devilish joy" was missing.

So, Keoghan proceeded to strut his stuff a further four more times in the nude, with that final take being the "evil joie de vivre that is impossible not to be on board with" that made it into the finished flick.

Whenever you choose to hop back to Saltburn for another dose of disturbing, thrilling, and engrossing black comedy then, you'll no doubt now have a newfound appreciation for the level of effort this spinning thespian put into one of the most audacious conclusions of recent times.
