8 Movie Characters Who Foreshadowed Their Own Deaths

4. Ultron (Avengers: Age Of Ultron)

Frequently criticised for being too quippy and lacking that ruthless disposition the trailers promised, Avengers 2's Ultron was nonetheless an entertaining villain who adequately served his purpose by giving our heroes something to punch. A lot.

The character was completely wiped out by Vision after the Battle Of Sokovia, when one of his last remaining bodies tries to escape through a forest.

Ultron actually foreshadowed that this would be the way he died, when - during his first meeting with the Maximoff siblings - he tells them that "everyone creates the thing they dread".

And it just so happens that Ultron was the one who set into motion the creation of Vision, the character who eventually kills him.

During the film, the titular villain enlists the help of Dr. Helen Cho to help him create the synthetic, vibranium-infused body that would eventually become Vision. He initially wanted to use this body for himself, and clearly didn't count on it joining the Avengers.
