8 Reasons Splitting Batman V Superman In Two Would Ruin The Movie

1. It Misses The Whole Point Of The Film

At what point did a Batman V Superman movie need to become more than just a movie about Batman fighting Superman? When the film was announced at SDCC in 2013, everyone went crazy despite Man Of Steel's recent fart in cinemas because of the simple promise. And when footage was shown a year later, it was focused on the showdown between the two titular heroes. Clearly the real draw of the film is seeing Batman and Superman fight, yet Warner Bros. seem to have forgotten that, or otherwise want to avoid it. This split sees the BVS name become secondary to titles that suggest a first movie detailing Batman, and a second seeing the Justice League come together. And in all that the whole conflict has taken a backseat. At the risk of sounding repetitive, this movie is called Batman V Superman and will be a winner because of that. You don't need to pepper it with more and more and more crazy, quickly trending decisions. But they will. Come back next week when no doubt something even worse will have been announced. What do you think of the rumoured split. How little do you want to see two Batman V Superman movies? Share your thoughts down in the comments.
