5. It Could Be An Alternate Dimension

The comic book version of the Marvel Zombies series obviously took place in an alternate dimension. If Marvel Studios wanted to make a movie based on the concept without totally messing up the MCU we currently know and love, they wouldn't necessarily have to zombify the characters we know and love to do so - they could easily have the zombie versions of said characters spill over into the MCU from another dimension. Alternate realities are definitely going to become a thing in the MCU. Ant-Man has already touched upon the idea of the Quantum Realm, while the likes of Doctor Strange will look into different planes and realities, so universes with all kinds of weird and wonderful beings could easily exist outside of the ones we're familiar with. It would be great! Seriously, imagine Tony Stark's reaction to a zombified version of himself trying to eat his face!
