7. Lex Luthor's Monstrous Experiments

It's pretty much been confirmed that Lex Luthor creates Doomsday from the remains of General Zod, but surely that isn't his first and only experiment? If not, it would be great for this R-Rated cut to show us some of Luthor's failed experiments; with rumours of Bizarro somehow factoring into Batman V Superman, the sight of a series of failed Superman clones all piled up in the bowels of LexCorp would be very disturbing. Zack Snyder could afford to go overboard with the showing off horrors Luthor has been attempting to create behind closed doors, something which is likely to only be hinted at in the very busy theatrical cut which will no doubt spend a lot of the time on his work with Zod. What we've seen of Jesse Eisemberg's Lex has so far been very divisive, so playing up the mad scientist side of the character in this version could help win any fans not already over by the theatrical version.
