8 Things We Need To See In The R-Rated Cut Of Batman V Superman

6. Blood

One of the promos for Batman V Superman featured the Man Of Steel sporting what looked like a bloody mouth, but things are unlikely to get much more graphic than that due to the MPAA's strict guidelines. However, with an R-Rated "Ultimate" edition, Snyder has the chance to bring in more of the stylised violence he used so perfectly in movies like 300 and Watchmen to make the battle between the two heroes even more intense. Think back to the fight between Ozymandias and The Comedian at the beginning of Watchmen; the addition of blood makes things feel more realistic and brutal. I'm certainly not suggesting CGI-ing fake blood over every singe punch, but emphasising that a little more in a way the theatrical cut is unable to would be fun to see. Based on what he's done in the past, I would bet on this being something Snyder definitely includes!
