2. Are The Pre-Snap Deaths Permanent? - Avengers: Infinity War

The Question: While it's widely expected that most if not all of the deaths caused by Thanos' snap will be reversed via time travel shenanigans in Avengers: Endgame, what's less certain is the fates of those the Mad Titan killed before he got his oversized hands on all the Infinity Stones.

With Heimdall (Idris Elba), Loki (Tom Hiddleston), Gamora (Zoe Saldana) and Vision (Paul Bettany) all perishing pre-snap, can we expect to see their lives restored along with everyone else?

Prediction: This is a tough one, because it really seemed like time for both Heimdall and Loki to die for good. The MCU has done precious little with Idris Elba and Thanos' "no resurrections this time" line seemed totally pointed towards the audience.

Gamora, meanwhile, is a trickier proposition, because she's a core component of the Guardians of the Galaxy and a frontline MCU heroine, so killing her off this early into her tenure would be pretty surprising. She's probably coming back, but why would she be saved and not Heimdall or Loki?

As for Vision, he probably should stay dead dramatically-speaking, but considering that he suffered through the indignity of dying not once but twice, he probably deserves to be brought back.

It's a yes-and-no answer, basically. At least Gamora will probably return, and potentially Vision also.
