8 Ways New Suicide Squad Trailer Made You Change Your Mind

1. It Now Looks A Whole Lot Better Than Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice

Funny how these things work out, isn't it? For a long time, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice looked to be the superior movie of the two upcoming DC Cinematic Universe releases; the teaser trailer for said movie invoked a lot more excitement than its Suicide Squad equivalent, and there was a sense that it would ultimately emerge as the better motion picture. Not so sure about that now, though, are you? Fact is, the more footage that the studio began to unveil for Batman v Superman, the worse the move started to look. Its last trailer was met with a pretty negative response, especially in its casting of Jesse Eisenberg as Luther, the revelation of Doomsday, and the generally drab look of the film. Now, Suicide Squad has gained the upper hand; its latest trailer has not only promised a movie that looks like it's going to be a lot more fun than people originally thought, but it has the edge on Batman v Superman, which - all things considered - has lost its appeal in recent months. Chances are that, had you not felt that way already, you're far more excited to go out and see Suicide Squad than you are Batman v Superman. Like this article?
