2. Doomsday (Even If He Doesn't Look Great)

Doomsday being in Batman V Superman has been rumoured for so long that it was almost a relief when he showed up in this trailer. Should Warner Bros. have waited? Probably, but this iconic villain finally getting the big screen treatment is a huge deal, and while Oscar Isaac's Apocalypse will probably be fantastic from a performance standpoint, neither he nor Baron Zemo can come close to this monster in 2016. The only villain who might stand a chance of topping Doomsday in terms of sheer epicness is Dormammu, but we don't actually know whether or not he's going to be in Doctor Strange just yet! Doomsday is the creature that killed Superman, and tying him into General Zod and Lex Luthor (who seemingly creates him as a weapon) is definitely an interesting and intriguing move on Snyder's part. Of course, he doesn't look that great (comparisons to everything from a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle to The Abomination are apt), but bear in mind that Doomsday evolves as he fights, so there's nothing to say that he won't ultimately resemble his far more fearsome comic book counterpart as this battle plays out. Either way, seeing Doomsday unleashed has a ton of potential and is well worth getting excited over.
