7. Alicia Vikander Stars In Absolutely Everything

The Movies: Testament Of Youth, Son Of A Gun, Seventh Son, Ex Machina, The Man From U.N.C.L.E., Tulip Fever, Adam Jones, The Light Between Oceans, The Danish Girl There's starring in a lot of movies in one year, and there's starring in a lot of movies in one year. There is no other way to describe what Alicia Vikander is doing right now as anything other than a trend - the amount of films she has already featured in, and the remaining movie pictures set to be unveiled across the span of the year, is bordering on the insane. So what's the deal? Well, Alicia Vikander is, like, Hollywood's new "It" girl. Not only is she immeasurably beautiful, but the actress has an ethereal presence - she's different; a true original. Which means that everybody wants her right now, of course, and why not? Already this year Vikander has stunned the world with her performances in the adaptation of Testament Of Youth, and Ex Machina, in which she played an android in one of the best sci-fi movies to come along in ages. Still to come in 2015, though: The Man From U.N.C.L.E., Tulip Fever, Adam Jones, The Light Between Oceans, The Danish Girl... She's like the Samuel L. Jackson of 2015.
