4. Red Skull Will Be Thanos' Accomplice

At the end of Captain America: The First Avenger, the Red Skull appeared to perish, as the power of the Tesseract overcame him. However, the general consensus among fans is that he was actually simply transported by it to the far ends of the universe. One fan theory suggests that he has used the time since that event - it was during World War II, remember - to gather himself and impose himself on the cosmos, perhaps having recruited an army, built an empire and made some friends in some very low places. One of those friends is theorised as being the Mad Titan himself, Thanos. With that in mind, it's predicted by some that the Red Skull will be Thanos' accomplice in the Infinity War movies. Some people have even theorised that Thanos is actually an evolved Red Skull. This theory, however, is far too ridiculous to contemplate (although it wouldn't be the first time Marvel Studios had massacred a villains origins - we're looking at you, Trevor Slattery).
