9 Bond Women That 007 Didn't Actually Sleep With

9. Bibi Dahl - For Your Eyes Only

In an early warning sign that Roger Moore was getting a bit too old for the role, this 1981 film gave us one of the truly awkward moments in 007 history. Moore was 53 years old at the time of filming, and while he was adequate enough in the action scenes, the selection of female actors who seemed not out of place alongside Moore's 'experience' was crucial.

The inclusion of the bubbly blonde Bibi Dahl is a strange inclusion in the movie for this reason, with her attempted seduction of Bond played for cheap laughs. Rather than emphasise Bibi's growth from girl to woman, which the film was presumably aiming for, it's actually just a sad reminder that Moore's Bond just no longer fit.

The delivery of dialogue in this scene is cringe inducing, as Lynn-Holly Johnson portrays Dahl as if she is a young teen rather than someone in her early 20's, while Moore's Bond speaks to her as if she is his granddaughter. When Moore utters the line, "I can buy you an Ice cream", we are left shaken and definitely not stirred.

With all the suave and sophistication of any Aussie half way through a slab, Luke will critique every minute detail of films and shows from all eras- unless it's 1990's Simpsons episodes, because they're just perfect
