9 Films DC Should Make Before Flashpoint

8. Cyborg

Superman Flash
Warner Bros.

While there is a Cyborg film in the works, it is currently without even a director attached, which seems to indicate that the film will arrive after Flashpoint. Which is a real shame, seeing as how his role in the Flashpoint comic is substantial and crucial to the story.

While we were officially introduced to Cyborg in Justice League, he was easily the character who got the shortest end of the stick in that film. Relegated to little more than a walking, talking device for the script itself, he didn't do much apart from dump unnecessarily large amounts of exposition or act as a very literal deus ex machina. His character was incredibly light on backstory or meaningful development of any kind, despite how integral he seemingly was to that film's plot.

A Cyborg film would serve to better associate audiences with him as a real character, which would only make Flashpoint all the more powerful in the long-run.
