8. Outbreak

Biological warfare has been the root cause of countless inhumane atrocities for longer than we know. Warlords used to leave diseased prostitutes and those dying of plague behind to be captured by the enemy on purpose. The modern age has not seen a rise on the scale of mercy either. If anything methods of chemical/biological war are now much more barbaric and sinister. The film Outbreak has none of those things of course, but it does serve as a clear and terrifying example of what can happen to a country if an epidemic occurs. The word plague is just bad news all the way around. Which is why we should burn every copy of this movie right now before the North Koreans place their hands on it. All any dictator has to do is decide what kind of virus to release and where. It wouldn't even cost them anything.
