6. Red Guardian

You can almost write Red Guardian's story already: he's Russia's version of Captain America and presumably tied, in the movie, to the Red Room programme that created Black Widow (and the other Widow assassins) and he will be sent after her (possibly as one of her former teachers).

With David Harbour playing the character, we could be looking at a more comically-skewed character too, which will probably manifest in comparisons between himself and Cap. After all, you don't have a Russia/America motif and NOT bring in Cold War rivalries. You can even see this as being the key to his defeat.

How Will He Die?

There's a chance the entire Black Widow cast will die, since it's set before Infinity War and they were all conspicuously absent for the five years or so after Widow returned to Avengers duty, but Red Guardian is one of the most obvious. He has to be removed from the equation and for him to go out while crowing his superiority over America would be delicious.
