4. The Vision

How can a character who is already dead be killed, you might ask, curiously...? Well, Vision's only coming back to life in WandaVision, isn't he?! Or he's returning IN A FASHION, at least, because it may not be a matter of him just popping back from the other side. Do android gods even have an afterlife? Who knows.

Anyway, all theological pondering aside, we know that Vision is coming back to the MCU and the fact that he's likely to appear on the back of Scarlet Witch's trip into the Multiverse of Madness might suggest that he is actually going to be "rescued" from the Dream Dimension, which villain Nightmare presides over.

And unfortunately, that can't last, because Scarlet Witch getting attached to projections that make her happy has pretty dire consequences in the history of the comics...

How Will He Die?

Vision will likely help Scarlet Witch tragically realise that he isn't real at the end of WandaVision and show her that choosing a life with him would be choosing a false reality. For effect, he's definitely going to have to die again.
