2. Breaking Bad: The Movie

Breaking Bad's ending might have been one of those cleverly vague full-stops that ensures fans talk about it forever, but it seems that AMC are keen to answer the questions it poses once and for all. They're doing that by relaunching the property with a sequel movie set after the show's finale.

It was always inevitable we'd see more from this universe, given Better Call Saul's huge successes, but a movie - which will follow Aaron Paul's Jesse Pinkman after his escape from captivity - is a bit of a curveball. Presumably, we're going to see the fallout from Jesse's escape, which Vince Gilligan has already confirmed won't be all plain sailing.

He's going to have to answer some pretty serious questions about his fingerprints being all over the lab and his involvement in the murder of two federal agents. So it would seem this strange, exciting movie will in fact be a big old downer. Let's just hope we get to see Walter White again, though, eh?
