9 Problems A Jason Bourne Sequel Must Avoid

7. Not Using The One Punch Shot From The Trailers!?

Jason Bourne gets off to a rocky start from the off. Who in their right mind would create such an instantly iconic shot, ruin it in the trailers, and then not even use it in the finished film!? Well, Paul Greengrass would.

Now, I am in no way claiming I know more about movie making than him... except that I definitely am. In this one instance anyway.

Instead of the raw, visceral one punch knockout we see in the trailers that would have reintroduced us to Bourne in such an incredible way, we get a peculiar glance from behind. It's a lot like having a really bad view at a concert, straining your neck to see what's going on but ultimately missing most of it. The cheer-inducing shot we had already had spoiled was replaced by a shot that can only be described as meek.

Wasting such a great shot was incredibly disappointing, and we're only about 4 minutes into the movie. Not exactly the best start...
