And you probably don't like other people. Isn't everyone glad when your friends cancel your plans so that you're able to sit in your pyjamas and watch Netflix all night, guilt free? Romantic comedies probably began in Ancient Greece, but the Greeks and Shakespeare wrote them in order for a mass viewing by the public. They are supposed to bring people together with their humorous undertones and social awkwardness that everyone can relate to. So basically, if you watch them alone, you're doing it wrong.
