6. It's A Clever Alternative To Rebooting Wolverine

Now that Logan has conclusively brought Hugh Jackman's tenure as Wolverine to an end, fans are already busy wondering when the part will be recast and rebooted, as is inevitable with any major superhero.

Hopefully Fox will take their time and just let the character's demise mean something rather than haphazardly throw another poor actor straight into the mix, because it's likely audiences will be apathetic to it or even flat-out reject it.

The most organic, clever solution is simply to let X-23 be the new Wolverine, because it avoids having to do any recasting or distinctive retooling, given that Laura is Logan's "daughter", and their shared history has already endeared audiences to her.

Even if they go this route, yes, Wolverine will be back eventually with a new actor, but isn't it way more interesting if Dafne Keen is allowed to grow into the role as she becomes an adult instead (assuming she wants to keep playing the character)?
