Tony Stark un-subtly grows a great deal as a character during his time in the MCU, from his debut in Iron Man to his death in Avengers: Endgame. However, one funny little piece of character development can be seen in a photo of Tony and his surrogate son Peter Parker in Avengers: Endgame. In photo, Tony and Peter are smiling, both flashing a peace sign.

In Tony Stark's first scene back in Iron Man, a soldier riding in Tony's "funvee" asks for a photo. Tony agrees, and when the soldier throws up a peace sign, Tony scolds him for it, saying "please no gang signs."

When Tony and Peter throw up the "gang sign" together in the photo from Endgame, it's a funny way to show just how far Tony has come.
