9 Things That Need To Happen Before John Wick Ends

3. Cassian Needs To Come Back

In Chapter 2, John Wick meets his worthiest foe in Cassian, the bodyguard of Gianna D’Antonio, whom he is tasked in killing. After John fulfills the assassination, Cassian vows revenge. In their fight scenes, it is no question that Cassian is John’s match in weapons and hand-to-hand combat. When the two fight on a crowded subway car, John bests him by stabbing him in the chest, but he leaves the knife in, telling him as long as he gets medical attention, he will survive the wound, and to consider it a “professional courtesy.”

Cassian did not appear in Chapter 3, probably because that film took place immediately after Chapter 2. Surely during the events of Chapter 3, Cassian was laid up in some underground hospital licking his wounds. But it’s very possible we’ll see Cassian pop back up later on in the story, and it’s very possible he will pay John back for his professional courtesy, whatever that may entail. Besides, Common was just damn good in that role. He really needs to come back.

Kyle Mustain hasn't written a bio just yet, but if they had... it would appear here.
