9. Bond
Christopher Nolan seems like the perfect Bond director. British, well-suited and well-spoken, it is hard to imagine a better candidate to direct a film about a British icon. He has certainly expressed interest in being a future Bond director. Nolan admits to meeting with the producers of the franchise previously but not agreeing anything concrete. Apparently he is waiting for the right situation' to make his own Bond movie. Does this mean that he wants a new Bond? Daniel Craig is doing a fantastic job at the moment and will hopefully keep that up with
Skyfall. Nevertheless I cant be the only one who wants to see a Nolan-directed Bond film. Since
Casino Royale the films seem to have taken a grittier and much less spoofy direction. That is exactly what Christopher Nolan is all about.
This is definitely one to look out for in the future. Most likely when Daniel Craig gives up playing Bond, Nolan will be sought for a new direction and will likely deliver the greatest Bond movie of all time. Just imagine the Bond elements from
Inception and his
Batman saga in one movie? Wow.
Who Would Star: Nolan's Inception and The Dark Knight Rises star Tom Hardy seems a shoe-in.
Likelihood as Nolan's Next Movie?: Unlikely but definitely a possibility for the future. Just not yet.
