Aisha Taylor on board for Black Water Transit

Friends regular Aisha Tyler has joined the cast of Black Water Transit says Variety. The movie which we believe has begun filming was originally to star Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson but instead we'll be getting Laurence Fishburne and Karl Urban after the former duo pulled out.

Pic, set in post-Katrina New Orleans, centers on a man trying to free his junkie son from prison. Tyler plays a police detective.
Brittany Snow (the star of the upcoming remake of Prom Night) has been cast for a while but there's a couple of interesting supporting names recently added. They include the great Bill Cobbs and Beverly D'Angelo. Black Water Transit is Tony Kaye's first movie in ten years after his frustration with American History X led to him taking some time away from film. He's back now and ready to show us what we have been missing.
