Alec Baldwin: 5 Awesome Performances And 5 That Sucked

4. Blake - Glengarry Glen Ross

In a mere ten minutes of screen time Baldwin bossed a scene that still remains one of the most startling burst cameos in cinematic history. As the leaving and breathing epitome of sales floor pressure, Blake is a real estate shark with a pitch so vicious that it puts Gordon Gecko's "greed is good" to task in the corporate nastiness stakes. From shrinking Ed Harris's eye-rolling salesman with a carefully-aimed "that watch costs more than you car," all the way to the immensely quotable "f**k you! That's my name," this blistering performance is as scabrous as it is rewatchable.
