The Amazing Spider-Man 2: 10 Things That Sucked

1. It Ends Just When It Begins To Get Good

The end portion of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is easily the best part of the movie, as Electro fights Spidey, Goblin fights Spidey, Gwen dies, Peter mopes, and then decides to come back to take down Rhino. Just as the fight against Giamatti's robotic monster begins, the movie ends, with the above shot being the final image before we cut to black. It's understandable why they ended the film this way (to keep us excited for the rest of the fight, presumably right at the start of the next one), but given how little action there actually is, this would have been a nice bonus to give audiences a little added value. Just as things begin to pick up momentum, the film ends, and of course, a three-hour movie with an extra arc as Spidey battles Rhino would be ridiculous, but what about adding a few minutes to the film for a proper Spidey-Rhino fight? What did you think of The Amazing Spider-Man 2? Did we miss any issues with the film? Or do you disagree with our assessment? Let us know in the comments!
